I don't tend to think in terms of bad habits. I mostly try to see everything as useful, and try to let it go when it's not useful any more.

Fairly precise, and fairly accurate, but there's a certain amount of imprecision inherent in putting emotions and thoughts into words.

Finding out I was able to love someone deeply. It changed my life. (It also knocked me on my ass, threatened to consume my life, and led me to alienate my family. *sigh*)

Honestly, after gynecological procedures. It takes me a long time to stop feeling fragile after sharp things have been where they're not supposed to go.
