Buddhism, Mormonism, paganism. And I was a Roman Catholic, a Southern Baptist, and a Seventh-day Adventist at different points in my life.

I don't have a well-informed opinion of satanism, and to my knowledge, I don't know any satanists. I suspect I would regard it with about as much... respect... as other religions.

Depends on the kids. I wouldn't have a roller-skating party with kids who don't like skating, and I wouldn't have a sleepover for four-year-olds, for instance.

I only remember a few of them. My 10th birthday, we had a few of my friends over to the Officer's Club. My friends and I drank Shirley Temples all night and listened to the silly DJ.

My 15th was a beach party in June, so that I wouldn't have to try having a party during the first weeks of school (my birthday is in September). Bad idea -- the beach in San Diego in June is cold and windy. My 16th I was in college and I ignored it, but my dad and his girlfriend took me to Beni Hana.

Yes, but if I could go the rest of my life without doing so, I would. That said, I used some pretty rustic facilities in Tokyo, so it's not like I'd rather shit in the woods.
