I got almost as many questions after posting the answers to
the first batch as I got in the first place. Works for me!
Here's where to go to ask, if you want.
1. Where would you go for your dream vacation, and how
long would you stay?
My dream vacation takes two forms when I'm daydreaming
about it. Form 1 is I stay in my home, and the phone never
rings, and no one calls, and I don't have any obligations, and
I get to do that until I'm completely refreshed. (By "stay in
my home" I am not saying I never go out, but I go out when
I want -- to walk with my sweeties, to go to the store, whatever.)
Form 2 is a trip where I spend a week traveling to see someone
I love, then I have a week off to rest up in some swanky hotel
or other; then I travel again, then I rest. Etc., etc., etc. I think
I could keep this up for a few months.
3. Who is the person you admire most?
I tend not to choose just one "most" of anything, but some people
I'm admiring these days are Howard Dean,
nex0s,
stonebender, and the longsuffering moderator of an
atheist listserv I'm on.
4. Blue?
Um, no thanks.
5. Who's the best lover you've ever had?
Again with the "best" in singular. You guys do know I'm poly, right?
I can think of each lover I've had and find a moment that was the best
thing ever.
6. What are you doing this weekend?
I'm getting in as much rest and relaxation as I can manage. I'm hoping
my partners don't mind that I'm going to be a wet dishrag the whole
time. (Unless, of course, I'm not.)
7. You have me alone in a comfortable room. Assume I'll say yes to
pretty much anything you suggest. Whatcha wanna do?
Well, since we haven't met in person yet, I imagine our first howevermany
hours would be spent punctuating awkward or not-awkward silences with
talking talking talking. If there were kisses, I would be happy. If there were
yummy food, I would love that. If there were sex, I would be surprised (it's
not unprecedented for me to have sex on first meeting, but it's rare), but
I wouldn't be disappointed. And if you didn't bring your guitar, I might
pout.
