Notesy

1) I forgot to mention what the road trip is about. My mom is having another surgery. We (someotherguy and I) are heading down to San Diego in a few minutes, and we'll be back late Sunday night. Then I'll head back down when they let her out of the hospital. Busy, busy.

2) My face at rest is slightly sad, so that people occasionally ask me if I'm okay when I'm just hanging out. Lately, though, I'm often listening to my NPR podcasts (or Counting Crows and BLOF) and I keep being told how happy I look. :-)

3) stonebender/loracs/dbubley's new puppy is SO SO CUTE!
