I am myself again, I think.

Took a nice restful day at stonebender's on Sunday, after sleeping 12 hours. Slept around 8 hours Sunday night, and then yesterday, someotherguy and I walked about 5 miles in the pouring rain, and by the end of it, I was feeling *great*. Stayed up until midnight working on the magazine (which is SO. exCITing!), and after seven hours of sleep last night, I *still* feel great.

I'm baaaaaack!

(Saw the endo today. Working on a schedule for the radiation. Trying to make it during one of my furlough months at work.)

Got this meme else-flist, most recently at gramina, and it occurred to me that while, for some of you, I have very *vivid* memories of how we met, for others, not so much -- thus, a meme:

Part of being on Livejournal is inevitably gaining a number of LJ buddies. Unfortunately, as time wears on, it's easy to forget where all of them came from. Post this in your journal and have your friends respond with how they recall first 'meeting' you.

Guy's five things for me:

love: I'm lucky in love. I never thought that would be true for me.
hot: Sometimes, I feel extra special when stonebender thinks I'm hot, because my "type" is not one of the types he's generally most drawn to at first blush.
ethical: I'm glad when people at least recognize that I *try* to live an ethical life.
nurture: This sometimes surprises me. I feel like I put up lots of limits to what I will do for people, and yet I do care about being a help to people, so I'm glad when that's what comes through.
poet: This one is one of those things I clearly identify as internally, but don't think I manage to send forth effectively. That is, I *feel* like a poet, but I don't think my poetry is generally very good.
