just made a big huge mess of vegan rainbow potato salad for rmjwell and RA's barbecue tomorrow. Picked up sogwife (which involved no small amount of traffic) and got over my stomach bug. Now I will shower, clean up potato-salad dishes, and get some sleep before tomorrow. We may go yard-sale shopping in the morning, and I need my beauty rest. Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Well, how about yellow peppers? *g* (Veggie peppers, not the small hot ones) Otherwise, well, yes, there aren't many yellow veggies. Pickled pumpkin, maybe, though that wouldn't go with potatoes very well, I fear.
