-- 5 things 2004 taught me --
1. Some things, love can't fix
2. No, really, there are some things love can't fix
3. I can thrive living far away from my mother, even if it's not my ideal
4. Easy is better than hard
5. Time is more precious than money

-- 5 personally significant events of 2004 --
1. Moving to the Bay Area with [livejournal.com profile] someotherguy
2. Deciding with each of my partners that somewhere along the way, whether or not we planned to, we became wedded (which is a shade different to me from married -- I can say more if anyone wants)
3. The car wreck and subsequent decision not to buy another car
4. Trying the FedEx job and then bailing on it before it kilt me
5. Singing in public for the first time in years

-- 5 things i want to do in 2005 --

[I am doing 6, because I couldn't delete any]
1. Find a way to attend a singing group (perhaps shapenote, perhaps not -- transportation is more of an issue for me these days than it used to be)
2. Visit [livejournal.com profile] intenselaura
3. Decide whether or not to finish my BA
4. Get things published
5. Take SBA classes and see if opening my own shop would be feasible
6. Find a way to help [livejournal.com profile] sogwife move closer

-- 5 things i DON'T want to do in 2005 --
1. Move
2. Break up with anyone
3. Die
4. Waste time being unhappy
5. Holidays at my family of origin's place

-- 5 people i want to learn more about in 2004 --

This one doesn't really equate for me. I like my relationships with people to be organic, and for me to learn about them as they learn about me, as a result of spending time together.

I may not qualify as 'partner', but you could legally marry me, at least where I live. :)
