If you're into ginger, you really must try this stuff. We picked up a jar at the Berkeley Bowl, and I've been eating it on toast, but I have tons of ideas for other things to do with it, too. Yumma.

thespian made me a whole bunch of canton ginger spread/sauce a while back when we were dating. It was lovely!
