I have the second batch of two pounds of pinto beans in the pressure cooker, and the first batch is simmering on another burner. Three and a half pounds of rice are turning into a Spanish-rice-ish thing in the oven (I find that boiling large quantities of rice doesn't work as well as baking it). I've cleaned my workspace just enough so that I'm not a serious health hazard to my neighbors, but it's not exactly a cooking show here. I have 40 burrito-sized tortillas ready for filling. (I am thinking about whether it's logistically feasible to warm them first. Where I come from, one always warms a tortilla first.)

There are also 40 juice boxes, some packets of taco sauce, and napkins. Like a dodohead, I forgot lunch sacks, so they won't be bagged into lunch kits, but that should be okay.

What about wrapping them in the cold tortilla, then the foil and then putting the oven for a little bit to warm them up. Just a thought, I've never made batches that large for anything but tomato sauce. Good Luck and thanks for everything.
