Today's breakfast was green onion quiche with colby cheese. It came out well. The pics aren't fabulous, but I was thinking of the garnish thread on rec.food.cooking right now, so I took pics. (It's
sogwife's birthday, so I'm cooking foods she likes today. Lots of meat, lots of cheese, tiramisu (store-bought) for dessert, etc.)

Dinner will be pork country-style ribs slow-baked (my slow-cooker died) with sauerkraut and onions and applesauce (out of apples, and they cook to mush anyway). I'll take pics if I think of it, and if they don't come out looking awful. :-)
